New PC Installation and User Migrations

We can setup new computers and migrate all the user's preferences and programs. Don't let the fear of losing everything prevent getting a new and faster computer.

HTC can keep your Windows operating system, such as Windows 10 and Windows 7 up to date with the latest enhancements and security fixes. We will also update all other non-proprietary software.

Support for Microsoft Desktop Software

Along with updating Microsoft software, we can also assist with those quirky "gotcha" issues that come up on occasion in Microsoft's software. Sometimes things happen and it is difficult to figure out why it happened on your own. HTC can take the deep dive on the issue to come up with a resolution.

Bad video card, memory, processor or power supply? Those are a few things that can go wrong with a computer. We can help. Replacing parts can be a quick and less expensive fix rather than just replacing the computer.

Virus Remediation

We can help with virus remediation. Malware is one of the leading causes for lost data and corrupt files on computer systems today. If one or more of your computer systems falls victim to an infection, let HTC help clean up the problem. Remember, make sure your anti-virus software is installed and up to date!

Remote or On-site Support

We are happy to come on-site to assist with any technical issues that may arise. We also offer remote support for systems that are capable of reaching the Internet. Remote support is billed in 15 minute increments. On-site support is a minimum of 1 hour. Travel charges may apply.
